Tenant Employee Essential Information
Parking
Prime West only provides parking to individuals granted access via the employee’s facilities department.
If directed by your company’s facilities department, please sign this waiver to receive a hang tag to park at the 6900 Layton Parking Garage. Allow 3 business days after submitting this form to receive parking access.
Unless the employee is provided reserved parking in the lower level of the garage, as directed by their facilities team, all parking is on a “first come, first served” basis. The first and second levels of the parking garage are intended for visitor and retail use; non-reserved office parking is on levels 3-5 of the parking garage. You will be charged the hourly garage rate if parked below the 3rd level of the garage.
Property Management will provide access to the garage to tenant employees as per the tenant’s lease agreement. All motor vehicles of the tenant, and its guests, are parked in the structure as the sole risk of the tenant, as per the parking agreement signed. It is asked that tenants and their employees remove all valuable items from their cars, including laptops, cash, purses, and cell phones. Parkers are required to lock their cars, including windows, sunroofs, and close convertible tops, and ensure their car is locked.
Visitor Parking
6900 Layton offers free visitor parking for up to three hours. If a visitor needs validation for a longer duration, kindly contact your facilities department to request a parking validation.

Mail & Deliveries
All deliveries must be delivered directly to the tenant or tenant floor. Deliveries, including food, cannot be left in the common areas for pick up. If you are unable to meet your food delivery for pick up, please use the Foodsby service provided and the meal will be left on the Foodsby cart located by the garage shuttle elevators for pickup.
Any deliveries that require the use of the building load dock must be scheduled with building management.
The building mailboxes are located on the first floor just off the east corridor into the building. Mail pick-up and delivery time is as follows:
Monday through Saturday: 12:00 P.M.
Sunday and Holidays: None
Trash & Recycling
Prime West is proud to offer single-stream recycling to all our tenants. Please see here for a list of acceptable items:
The janitorial company is responsible for emptying your recycling bins. Battery recycling is also available. Used batteries can be dropped off at the Management Office or contact us and we will arrange a pick-up.

A designated tenant representative should be placing all maintenance requests. However, in the case of an emergency, please call 303-741-0700 and press ext. 1.
If an elevator should become disabled, use the emergency phone located in the elevator, and access it through the red telephone button. Otis Elevator monitors the elevators on a 24-hour basis.
Building & Management Office Hours
The building entrances are open 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. The building is closed on Sundays.
The Building Management Office is open 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Building Holidays

During building closure hours, access cards are required for access to the building, elevators, and tenant spaces. Access cards are provided to tenant employees through approved tenant representatives.
HVAC will be provided during business hours. A designated tenant representative must place all after-hours HVAC requests through the work order portal.
Access Cards
The 6900 Layton building utilizes an access card system. Please contact your facilities department for an access card or any associated issues. Please contact your facilities team immediately in the case of a lost access card.
For access into the building during off hours, hold your card up to the reader and wait for a beep and for the light to turn green. This notifies you that the system has read and accepted your access card.
All after-hours visitors must be provided access to the building by their tenant liaison.
Please do not:
use your card to gain access to areas for which you are not authorized to doors open.
loan your card to anyone.
hold the door open for other people you do not know after hours.
expose your card to the sun; the card will not work if it is warped.
Repair Requests

Please note that in the case that an employee is locked out of a suite, Prime West can only provide access to individuals on the approved list provided by your company.
Building Amenities
6900 Layton is happy to have such great building amenities for tenants to enjoy, such as a bike and fitness room.
